In order to raise the communication skills of the Fruške terme hotel employees, lecturers and trainers P.R.A. executed a series of trainings and workshops in the areas of Communication skills, Corporate identity, Internal communication, Communication in crisis situations, Verbal and non-verbal communication.

In the second part of the training program there were workshops: “Get in the guests’ shoes”, “Good service”, “Boss becomes the coach”.

The lecturers were Predrag Vujović, Svetlana Borčić Mirković, Tanja Mamula, Sofija Đakonović.
