Hotel Fruške terme in Banja Vrdnik, are the first real spas in Serbia. The hotel Fruške terme management hired P.R.A. in order to create and introduce communication standards and procedures, build a unique style of communication with guests, create a corporate identity and specific Fruške terme culture. P.R.A. has also designed the development of an internal education system, a new model of coaching the employees by bosses and other projects.
In our work for the hotel Fruške terme we implemented experience we have in working for the leading hotel chains: Hyatt Regency, Intercontinental (now Crown Plaza), Budva Riviera, Opatija Riviera, Igalo Institute, Zepter hotels, as well as in working for the leading Belgrade restaurants Klub književnika and Kalemegdan terrace.
