In honor of receiving the award for the best agency for privatization in East Europe, P.R.A. agency in cooperation with ”Montenegro agency for restructuring economy and foreign investments”, organized a working breakfast for journalists with Agency’s director Branko Vujović.
Breakfast was organized in restaurant of Montenegro Government in Podgorica. Thirty journalists, cameramen and photo journalists from printed and online media and agencies from Montenegro, as well as from the neighboring countries, attended the breakfast.
This April, ”World Finance” magazine has named the „Montenegro agency for restructuring economy and foreign investments” for the best privatization agency in East Europe in 2008. It’s this respected financial magazine’s first time to give out the award, which will hopefully become a tradition. At the head of the jury was ”World Finance” editor Alexander Redcliffe and BBC journalist Hywel Jones.
Director of the ”Montenegro agency for restructuring economy and foreign investments”, Branko Vujović, said that good collaboration with the media, good communication with domestic and foreign public, transparency of privatization process while respecting all international standards have resulted in this award.
– This award is also an acknowledgment to Savjet za privatizaciju, funds, tender commissions and all institutions which have arisen from capital market development in Montenegro. We need to include the fact that Montenegro is for a few years the leader in the region according to the inflow of foreign investments. I believe that will be the case in years to come, said Branko Vujović.
