Riccardo Romanzin, Italian expert in educational programmes in the field of developing efficiency of human resources, had a lecture dedicated to NLP (neurolingvistic programming). Attendees of 37th generation of Public Relations Business School had this unique opportunity to hear more about this interesting topic from certificated lecturer of the NLP programme.
– Neurolingvistic programming offers instuments for achieving highest results in communication. Thanks to NLP, said Romanzin, communication is more successful, because the participation is higher. More accuratelly, the effect of its verbal part is higher, which is usually 7%, while the participation of the paraverbal is 38%, and nonverbal is 55% of communication.
