EU Delegation and EU Info Center in its first appearance on the Book Fair presented projects in the publishing and culture fields, which got the funding from Culture Program 2007 – 2013.
Every day at 17 pm will be presented editions of publishing houses such as Propolis Plus, Odiseja, Zavet, Geopoetika, Kreativni centar, and after that dance and theatre performances by Dah teatar, Malo pozorište Duško Radović, Mimart will present their projects.
Special guest on the second day of the Book Fair, on 22nd October, will be Jelena Lengold, winner of EU literary award. On Thursday, on 25th October, European jazz ensemble, which is also opening the Jazz Festival in Belgrade, will perform in the afternoon hours. Every day from 10 AM to 13 PM, children will create drawings about their favorite books, and all as a part of Sunshine bookmark project.
All visitors during the Fair can, by internet, order whatever publication they want from the EU library (EU Bookshop), and others can check their knowledge about EU through interactive quiz. Guests of the EU stand will be also high school students from Čačak, Belgrade, Leskovac, Niš, Kragujevac and Novi Pazar. They will participate in the Hello Europe quiz, every day in 13 PM on the EUIC stand in 2a hall.
